Black Bean Burger
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 can (15oz) Black beans, canned, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup Quinoa, uncooked
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
1 medium egg
1 tbsp Cumin
1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
2 clove Garlic, minced
What To Do
Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse until combined and slightly sticky.
Press into hamburger forms.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook each until it looks dry and is cooked through.
Serve on its own, in a lettuce wrap, or on a bun, with all of your favorite burger fixings and sides!
